Event Planning & Rentals / Case Study
Prima Party Planning
A warm, bilingual website for a Chattanooga event studio, designed to help hosts explore celebrations, compare rental packages, build a quick estimate, and book a planning conversation.

Client Context
Who this project was for.
Prima Party Planning is a boutique event studio based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, serving hosts up to 50 miles away. The studio plans birthdays, baby showers, quinceañeras, weddings, family gatherings, and corporate events while also providing rental packages and individual tables, chairs, linens, tents, décor, and catering. Every event is guided by one dedicated planner from the first conversation through teardown. The website brings those services together in one polished, bilingual experience that feels celebratory, stays easy to navigate, and gives every visitor a clear way to begin planning.
Goals & Scope
What we set out to do.
The goals framed the business outcomes we were after; the scope defined what we built to get there.
Goals
- Introduce Prima as a dedicated, one-on-one planning studio that makes hosting feel organized and low-stress.
- Help visitors understand the six types of events Prima plans and quickly find the service that fits their celebration.
- Present promotional packages and individual rentals clearly enough for hosts to compare their options before reaching out.
- Welcome both English- and Spanish-speaking visitors with a complete bilingual experience.
- Create a direct path from inspiration and pricing to a consultation request.
- Showcase Prima's real event work through photography without overwhelming the planning information.
Scope
- Custom marketing website with a homepage, about page, packages and services directory, and six dedicated event-service pages.
- Complete English and Spanish experiences with language switching available throughout the site.
- Six promotional rental packages for celebrations of 20, 40, or 80 guests.
- Individual rental catalog organized into tables and chairs, linens and décor, tents and canopies, and optional add-ons.
- Bilingual budget calculator covering nine fixed-price rental items, enforcing published inventory limits where available and separating custom-quoted services.
- Consultation scheduling experience supported by clear call, email, and booking prompts.
- Real event photography used across the homepage, service cards, and galleries.
- Responsive layouts designed to keep services, prices, and booking actions easy to use on phones and larger screens.
What We Did
Highlights from this build.
The specific decisions and components that shaped the final site.
A warm cream and brand-purple palette, generous rounded forms, and restrained confetti details create a celebratory visual identity without making the site feel childish or busy.
Prima's one-planner approach becomes the central story, giving visitors a clear reason to trust the studio with an important event.
Each event type has a dedicated page with relevant photography, planning details, and a direct path to start a conversation.
Promotional packages and à-la-carte rentals are presented separately, helping visitors understand whether they need a ready-made starting point or individual pieces.
The rental calculator lets visitors adjust quantities and see a quick estimate for fixed-price items while clearly identifying services that require a custom quote.
English and Spanish visitors can switch languages without losing their place, keeping the same navigation, services, pricing, and booking experience in either language.
Mobile layouts keep long bilingual labels readable and provide full-size controls for browsing rentals and adjusting quantities.
Process
How we approached this build.
A clear, repeatable path from discovery to launch-ready.
Discovery and structure
We organized Prima's event services, promotional packages, rental inventory, and planning process around the questions a host asks before making contact. This created a clear journey from discovering the studio to choosing a service and starting a conversation.
Visual direction and content
We developed a warm party-paper visual language around Prima's purple branding and real event photography. English and Spanish content was shaped together so both audiences receive the same welcoming, useful experience.
Experience and launch
We brought the service pages, rental packages, budget calculator, galleries, and consultation flow into one responsive website, then verified the experience across desktop and mobile layouts in both languages.
Outcomes
